At R.O.L.L. APPAREL, every item is made to order through our manufacturing partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color choice.
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please email:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
