Thank you for shopping with R.O.L.L. APPAREL. All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All items are made to order. Processing time typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times (after processing):
• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Delayed Packages
R.O.L.L. APPAREL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
